You might know my name from the footy and the media. What people don't always know is that traffic management is the work I've been doing quietly for over 20 years, long before the cameras.
I started where every good traffic plan should start, on the road. Over the past 20 years I went from holding the bat as a traffic controller to building one of the biggest traffic management companies in the country. OnPoint TGS is where all of that experience goes, into practical plans and consulting that actually work, delivered fast and done right.

My story
I didn't learn this industry from behind a desk. I started on the road as a traffic controller, on site, in the weather, managing real traffic and real risk. That's where you learn what a plan actually needs to do once it leaves the page.
I earned my stripes at some of the biggest traffic management companies in Victoria, as head of planning, then operations supervisor, then operations manager. I learned this industry from every angle: the road, the plans, and the people running both.
Then I backed myself and started a traffic management company from scratch. I built it into one of the biggest in the state, with more than 300 traffic controllers in the field and an operations team of 15 under me, and I ran it as General Manager for 11 years. Building something to that scale, and holding the standard high the whole way, is its own kind of hard. This industry has been my life's work, and I've put everything into it.
Along the way, I earned a reputation for changing it for the better. I brought in a standard of quality and safety that made people see traffic management differently, as a genuine service worth paying for rather than an add-on to tick off at the end. That shift is something I'm proud to be known for.

I've been designing traffic guidance schemes and traffic management plans for over 20 years, across thousands of sites, councils and permits, and I know the systems inside out. In the last few months alone I've built three brand new companies from the ground up for clients I consult to. I also provide independent traffic management consultancy to operators across the industry. Planning, systems, safety, operations: this is what I do, and I do it exceptionally well.
I started OnPoint TGS to do a few things exceptionally well: compliant, practical plans and honest consulting, prepared fast and independently. We only do planning and consulting, and we're not owned by any traffic management provider. So the advice you get is straight, and your scope never gets padded.
