You might know my name from the footy and the media. What people don't always know is that traffic management is the work I've been doing quietly for over 20 years, long before the cameras.
I started where every good traffic plan should start, on the road. Over the past 20 years I went from holding the bat as a traffic controller to building one of the biggest traffic management companies in the country. OnPoint TGS is where all of that experience goes, into practical plans and consulting that actually work, delivered fast and done right.
Meet Moana Hope, Founder of OnPoint TGS
My story
I didn't learn this industry from behind a desk. I started on the road as a traffic controller, on site, in the weather, managing real traffic and real risk. That's where you learn what a plan actually needs to do once it leaves the page.
I moved into operations quickly, then into management. Over the years I built one of the biggest traffic management companies in Victoria and took it national, with more than 300 staff on the road at its peak. Along the way I earned a name for two things: the quality of the work, and never cutting corners on safety.
I've been designing traffic guidance schemes and traffic management plans for over 20 years and leading teams for more than 15. That's thousands of sites, councils and permits behind me. It's experience you can't fake and can't rush.
I started OnPoint TGS to do a few things exceptionally well: compliant, practical plans and honest consulting, prepared fast and independently. We only do planning and consulting, and we're not owned by any traffic management provider, so the advice you get is straight and your scope never gets padded.
When you request a plan or advice from us, it's handled by someone who's actually done the job. That's the difference, and it's the whole point.
